Quick summary

Pistyra is a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) minting system. You use your own API keys for supported providers (OpenAI / Black Forest Labs / Google).

We store the assets you choose to save (like passport.png and mint.json) under your account scope so you can reuse them later.

This policy explains what we collect, what we store, and what we don’t.

Data we collect (account)

Basic account identity from Google sign-in (e.g., name, email, profile image).
Your subscription status (Free/Pro) and Stripe billing identifiers (if you upgrade).

Data we store (your library)

Images you upload to use as references (if you upload them).
Generated outputs you save (passport.png and related mint JSON metadata).
Minimal metadata needed to list your gallery and manage deletion.

BYOK keys

Your provider API keys are intended to remain under your control. Pistyra is designed so you bring your own key for generation.

Note: exact key-handling depends on your implementation. If you store keys server-side, ensure you protect them appropriately. If you store keys client-side, understand the risks.

Payments (Stripe)

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t receive your full card details. We store only the minimum identifiers required to verify your subscription status.

Security

We use standard web security practices (authenticated sessions, access control, and server-signed uploads). No system is perfect, so please avoid uploading sensitive personal documents.

Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and stored assets. If implemented, deletion should remove your saved images and mint metadata from storage.
